Hello Neighbors!!
The Crave Hamburger Truck is coming!! We have arranged for the cousin of the Crave Taco Truck to be at Prairie Highlands Golf Course next Saturday from Noon to 2PM!! I truly believe you will find the Crave Hamburger Truck to be a TREMENDOUS addition to the line of Crave Food Trucks!! Here's a sneak peek at the menu:
Ol' School Burger
Double Steak Smashburger on a brioche bun topped with melted cheese, garlic mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato and onion
Jammin' Bacon Burger
Double Steak Smashburger on a brioche bun topped with melted cheese, garlic aioli, mixed greens, bacon jam and onion.
911 Burger
Double Steak Smashburger on a brioche bun topped with melted cheese, habanero aioli, mixed greens, onion, jalapenos and Hatch green chile
Plain Jame Burger
Double Steak Smashburger on a brioche bun topped with melted cheese and ketchup
Bleu Burger
Double Steak Smashburger on a brioche bun topped with bleu cheese aioli, cheese, mushrooms and sauteed onions

Also, don't forget to pre-register for the Prairie Highlands Annual Meeting!! The Meeting will be held from 4PM to 6PM on Sunday, January 24th!! It will be a ZOOM meeting so please register in advance so we can be sure to have the right level of software to accommodate all attendees!! I promise we will get you our of the Annual Meeting tin time to watch all of the AFC Championship Game!!
