Public Hearing - Rezoning - New Century Commerce Center

Providing the following information as a courtesy to all residents.
The Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County Kansas will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 regarding rezoning of parcels of land directly across from Prairie Highlands, south of 151st Street. This rezoning could possibly bring more air traffic with larger aircraft and more truck traffic on 151st Street and on 56 Highway.

18. Resolution No. 096-21. Consider adopting Resolution No. 096-21 to amend the FY 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to include New Century Commerce Center – Phase 1 capital project in an amount not to exceed $20,286,467; and authorize the use of general obligation internal improvement bonds to pay for these improvements.
