Bylaw Changes
Posted on Apr 25th, 2021
We would like your opinion regarding what bylaw changes you would like to see. The bylaw documents can be in the
Governing Documents section of the HOA website.
Be aware for any suggestion that you make to become part of the bylaws:
- Bylaw changes require 2/3 homeowners approval to be adopted
- Bylaws cannot run contrary to City, State, or Federal laws.
For example, political signs and satellite dish laws override any HOA by-law.
Examples of suggestions could be:
- Changing the frequency of required exterior painting from the current 4 yrs to 10, 12, or some larger number of years.
- Basketball goals can be free standing or permanently installed. Backboards may be transparent or white. Free standing goals must remain in driveways or on a concrete stoop in the owners property and cannot be in the street.
- Allowing travel trailers, RVs, or boats to be stored in the driveway for 3 days or between labor day and memorial day.
- Allowing trampolines in the backyards of non-golf course lots
- Allow artificial flowers
The board has appointed a committee to review the by-laws and your suggestions for potential changes. Committee members are:

Bill Garrett
Jermery Jones
Kris Becker
