Hello Neighbors,

 

Just a quick note to remind folks of the Semi-Annual HOA Meeting this Sunday, August 22nd.  We will meet at the Prairie Highlands Golf Course Pavilion at 5:30 in the afternoon.  Hopefully it will be in the process of cooling down for the evening!!

 

Here's a brief look at the agenda:

 

·        * Overview of our Financial Status from HAS

·        Brief discussion of Pool Closing on Labor Day Weekend and planned activities

·        Plans around a Kris Kakes event to be held in October

·        Status update on the Byelaws Revision for our neighborhood

o   What will be required

o   Discuss the Board plans for voting

o   Projected dates for everything to happen with the By:Laws

 

I don't expect a long meeting but I do think it will be interesting.  I hope you can join us on Sunday, August 22nd at 5:30pm at the PH Golf Course Pavilion!!
