Hello Folks,

 

Just a quick note about the Pool Closing.  In the HOA Meeting last week it was voted to keep the pool open until September 11th, one additional week.  When we approached the pool company with this request we hit a problem.  Apparently there is a nationwide shortage of pool cleaning chemicals, which may be due to a plant in Mississippi going offline after a recent hurricane / tropical storm.  

 

APS, ou pool management company, cannot guarantee they will have sufficient chemicals to allow us to keep the pool open the extra six or seven days.  As a result, the Board has decided to close the pool on Labor Day.  I know this is a disappointment to many and I apologize.  We never expected to hit this snag.  

 

I appreciate your feedback on this and any other concerns.
