All driveways and sidewalks shall be concrete, patterned concrete, bromanite, interlocking pavers, brick or other permanent stone finishes. Crushed gravel, asphalt and natural driveways and sidewalks are prohibited. No driveway shall be constructed in a manner as to permit access to a street across a rear property line.

Garage doors shall remain closed at all times except when necessary for ingress and egress.

No underground fuel storage tanks of any kind shall be permitted.
